Terms and Conditions for an Online Sheet Music Store and Video Courses
These terms and conditions apply to all customers who purchase sheet music and/or streaming videos and video courses from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Sheet Music
When you purchase sheet music from our online store, you are purchasing a license to:
- Print one copy of the sheet music for your personal use only.
- View the sheet music on your device as long as it is available in our catalog.
You are not allowed to:
- Share, distribute, or sell the sheet music in any form or format, including photocopying, scanning, uploading, or emailing.
- Modify, alter, or edit the sheet music, except for transposing or changing instruments using the features provided by our website.
- Perform, display, or broadcast the sheet music in public without obtaining the appropriate permissions from the copyright holders.
2. Video Tutorials, Demosntractive Videos and Video Courses
When you purchase a didactic video or a course from our online store, you are purchasing a license to:
- Access and watch the video course with texts and images on your device for an unlimited number of times.
You are not allowed to:
- Download the video course to your device for offline viewing.
- Share, distribute, or sell the video course in any form or format, including copying, uploading, or streaming.
- Modify, alter, or edit the video course, or create derivative works based on it.
- Use the video course for any commercial or educational purposes without obtaining our written consent.
3. Payment and Delivery
You agree to pay the price and any applicable taxes and fees for the products you order from our online store. We accept major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. We will send you an email confirmation with a download link once your payment is processed. The link to download PDFs are available for 30 days after purshase, after that you may contact us to send your payment voucher to request a second and last possibility to ship the product. If there is an error on the page, an impediment to downloading and/or not receiving the link in your email, you can request a resubmission using this form below, as well as if the link expires due to time. For audios and videos purchased directly from players. Courses and video couses after payment processed are imediatly unlocked to acess by a button or directly in course page. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a compatible device and software to access and view the products you purchase. We are not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during or after the download process.

For the fisical products exchange, the product must be sent to the store without showing signs of misuse related to the problem for analysis. Posting/reshipping a new product. 5.Guarantee and validity of access to streaming products
Access to didactic videos and courses purchased in one-time payment or monthly subscriptions are valid and guaranteed access for 2 years, after this period, if this site remains online, we will maintain, by default , your access continued indefinitely. 6. Refunds and Cancellations
